Instructions for use

Two capsules a day are enough: one capsule of timeblock^® VITAL AGING NUTRITION Day Complex in the morning and one capsule of timeblock^® VITAL AGING NUTRITION Night Complex in the evening. Take the capsule before your meals with a sufficient amount of liquid. It is recommended to take timeblock^® VITAL AGING NUTRITION over a prolonged period of time to maintain a constant vitamin and dietary mineral supply for your body.
