NUTRITION FAQ
timeblock® contains purely natural ingredients and colorings. The colors clearly indicate the difference between the DAY and NIGHT capsules. The natural colorings may cause color variations which, however, do not imply a lower product quality.
If you take the product as indicated – 1 DAY capsule and 1 NIGHT capsule – you cannot overdose the respective ingredients. In any case, we recommend you not to exceed the recommended intake.
So far, we have not been aware of any contraindications. Yet, if you suffer from allergies, please consult your physician before you start taking timeblock® VITAL AGING NUTRITION. You should not take timeblock® if you show allergic reactions to any of its ingredients. In general terms, the product is vegan, free from GMOs and free from lactose (although cross-contamination is possible and cannot be ruled out completely).
The best results are expected after a few months. To really notice the benefits of timeblock®, we recommend an intake over a period of at least 6 months. Many of our customers decide to take timeblock® regularly, as they feel its positive impacts on their bodies and skin and on their general well-being.
The intake of timeblock® is not recommended for pregnant or nursing women. The reason is that the product contains a large amount of ECGC (from green tea) which is not optimized for pregnancy or lactation.
Taking the DAY capsule at noontime – about 15 minutes before your meal – is no problem. Please take into account that the DAY capsule should not be taken after 6 pm, as it contains ECGC (green tea extract), which might affect your sleep.
We recommend you to take the DAY capsule about 15 minutes before breakfast and the NIGHT capsule between 6 and 7 pm with your last meal of the day. Both capsules should be taken with sufficient amounts of liquid. If you prefer not to have breakfast, you can take the DAY capsule about 15 minutes before your lunch. The intake of the DAY capsule after 6 pm should be avoided, as the ECGC (green tea extract) the DAY capsule contains might affect your sleep.
The ingredients of timeblock® VITAL AGING NUTRITION are grown all over the world. A group of scientists who developed timeblock® experimented for more than 7 years to find the perfect ingredients and the best locations for their cultivation. They grew the ingredients in different parts of the world and achieved astonishing results! The level of efficacy of the active substances of each plant depended on the place it was grown. The differences were immense in some cases. For example, the barley grass contained in each timeblock® capsule grows in the Himalayas. When the scientists tried to cultivate the same barley grass in Switzerland, it did not contain any tocotrienols and PQQ – in contrast to barley grass from the Himalayan region, even though it was grown according to the best organic standards. For timeblock® VITAL AGING NUTRITION, a scientific study with 120 participants was conducted at the University of Vienna.
When you take timeblock®, you will ingest sufficient amounts of the active substance contained in green tea. This is why from a health perspective, it is not necessary to drink green tea in addition. Yet, if you are a passionate green tea drinker, we recommend you to consult your physician beforehand.
For timeblock®, we process a variety of superfoods with our special methods. The result is a powder concentrate which contains a maximum level of all valuable nutrients from wheat grass, barley grass, shiitake mushrooms, tomatoes, grape seeds, green tea, marigold and algae, besides added vitamins. The essential ingredients originate from natural herbal sources. The individual ingredients are listed on each timeblock® packaging.
The wide range of ingredients are cultivated in locations which offer ideal growth conditions, including places in the Himalayas, Brazil, Tibet and different regions in Europe. After the harvest, the plants are processed very quickly to ensure that we obtain the maximum possible amount of valuable nutrients using the latest Swiss technology. After freeze-drying with a GMP system, the concentrated timeblock® powder is filled into vegan capsules made from plant cellulose in Germany. timeblock® is subject to the strictest quality controls.
The production facilities are inspected annually by the state quality control agency.
timeblock® is free from chemical preservatives. This also applies to the capsules, which do not contain any animal substances and are thus 100% vegan.
All ingredients are continuously checked for the presence of pesticides and herbicides to guarantee the high quality standards of timeblock®. The great majority of our ingredients are grown in remote regions of the world, far away from the great industrial areas. Yet, timeblock® is not an organic product according to the current guidelines, as every country applies different organic certificates.
Before you consume timeblock®, please make sure you check the list of ingredients on the packaging. If you show allergic reactions to any of the ingredients, you should not take timeblock®.
If you take medication permanently, we recommend you to consult your physician before you take timeblock®.
The ingredients of timeblock® are neither tested on animals nor are they of animal origin. For this reason, timeblock® can be taken by both vegetarians and vegans.

Yes, you can. timeblock® skin care range is suitable for all skin types as they are not designed to compensate any deficiencies in over-dry or over-oily skin. If you do require more support for dry skin or greater protection against the sun, you may apply other products to help in those areas.

The bottle is designed to be air-tight and light resistant to protect the quality of the ingredients within, therefore if you wish to extract its contents into a smaller container for short-term travel, please try to use up the extracted product as soon as possible to reduce oxidation and degradation of quality.
This is due to the high concentration of expensive ingredients within, and the technology used to ensure its maximum efficacy. For example, the polypeptide content of timeblock® is almost 10 times higher than most luxury brands. Equol, the plant-derived youth-boosting molecule isoflavandiol, stimulates the body’s own production of collagen and elastin, and has a positive impact on the anti-aging gene and smoothens the texture of the skin from the inside out. Its NanoColloidal property enables penetration into the skin, forming a natural reservoir beneath the dermis, where it can slowly unfold to produce a long-lasting effect, leaving the skin firm and plump.

Yes. The key active ingredients within timeblock skin care range are plant-based and safe enough to be applied onto broken, exposed skin. However, it is not recommended to be used on large area of broken skin (eg. deep cut or burns).
The length of the cell renewal process varies for individuals depending on the type of skin, nutrition and environmental exposure. Most individuals can start to see visible results after 3-4 weeks of application.

We are the officially registered distributor for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Deliveries to Germany and Austria are handled from our warehouse in Munich. Deliveries to Switzerland are handled from our warehouse in Zurich.
The email with the shipping confirmation you will receive will also include a shipment tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the official DPD website.
You can return your package within 14 days after receipt. If you have already opened your package, we reserve the right to charge you a compensation for products you have already opened.
